For many years I worked as an interim HR Director in a variety of companies of all sizes and sectors. As an interim I was never part of the business fabric but always a little to one side as I and the CEO knew there was a point at which I would be leaving. Once trust levels were high many Senior executives saw me as a confidant especially as I had no hidden agenda for the future in that company.

Many of these CEOs had not had much by way of management development over the years and had “got by” when managing people and projects. However they all reached a point where their experience was not enough. Many just needed someone to talk to......

Leading Online firm based in Gib have the following opportunity - • Manage all Games and Skill game interfaces. • Manage and develop the Games and Skill customer experience. • Develop and manage your products roadmaps. • Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness. • Develop & maintain strong relationships with all third party suppliers. • Collate and analyse key data on the performance and profitability of the Games and Skill products, reporting findings to Senior Management. • Work with Senior Management to set annual budgets and targets for Games and Skill. • Deliver results within agreed budgets and targets. • Develop and manage customer VIP and loyalty schemes. • Develop and manage customer contact strategies and programmes. • Liaise with IT and software supplier on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the Games and Skill products are operating to maximum potential. • Liaise with the software supplier and IT to ensure any changes, updates or improvements are implemented efficiently. • Generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products. • Monitor the authorisation of withdrawals and review processes in order to maximise efficiency of payments whilst minimising risk to the company. • Work closely with Gaming Services Manager to ensure optimum customer service levels, providing escalation for Games or Skill related queries. • Work closely with Marketing on the implementation and management of customer acquisition and retention programmes and analyse player activity. • Work closely with Marketing to generate and implement promotions and campaigns. • Work closely with Affiliates team to develop and grow the Games and Skill affiliate programmes.
