Tom Day is one of the founders of Quad Consulting. His recent career has focussed on the provision of high quality recruitment services both in Gibraltar, the UK and New Zealand. But it is his wealth of life experiences that have furnished him with his positive, “bring it on” approach.

Tom has been a professional footballer, ran his own Kitesurfing Schools in New Zealand and Cyprus, been a Business Development Manager for a major player in the International tax planning market and worked in the on-line gaming industry.

Tom has a passion for serving the customer, who he sees as being both the client and the candidate. His breadth of life skills and variety of previous jobs enable him to advise candidates candidly about future job options. He does this with a friendly and warm touch that is highly valued.

Tom takes the lead on executive and finance roles. He is also heads up Quad’s business development.

Stephen worked in various HR roles in the UK over an eight year period, before finally relocating to Gibraltar to continue his career in the Gaming Industry in April 2006.

He brings with him a wealth of experience of recruiting within the Industry in Gibraltar, particularly in Operations, Customer Services, Finance and Marketing. He has an incisive view on what employers want when looking for that ideal new hire in this unique location.

His local knowledge and passion for Gibraltar and its many advantages means that he is also happy to advise on many aspects of relocation and assist in making that initial settling-in period a little less stressful and more enjoyable.

Gemma has worked in the IT/Gaming market for the last 5 years, covering the UK, Gibraltar and Malta.

After relocating numerous candidates to Gibraltar she decided to make the move herself and joined Quad in October 09 heading up the IT/Gaming and Marketing department.

Since then her passion for the rock has continued and she has recruited candidates from all over Europe. Not only acting as a consultant Gemma goes the extra mile for clients, candidates and also advises on travel, accomodation and relocation.

With a solid IT/Marketing background working for an award winning recruitment agency in Manchester she brings a wealth of industry knowledge which reflects on her passion and enthusiasm for recruitment.
