Stephen Richardson
Stephen worked in various HR roles in the UK over an eight year period, before finally relocating to Gibraltar to continue his career in the Gaming Industry in April 2006.
He brings with him a wealth of experience of recruiting within the Industry in Gibraltar, particularly in Operations, Customer Services, Finance and Marketing. He has an incisive view on what employers want when looking for that ideal new hire in this unique location.
His local knowledge and passion for Gibraltar and its many advantages means that he is also happy to advise on many aspects of relocation and assist in making that initial settling-in period a little less stressful and more enjoyable.

Gemma Fildes
Gemma has worked in the IT/Gaming market for the last 5 years, covering the UK, Gibraltar and Malta.
After relocating numerous candidates to Gibraltar she decided to make the move herself and joined Quad in October 09 heading up the IT/Gaming and Marketing department.
Since then her passion for the rock has continued and she has recruited candidates from all over Europe. Not only acting as a consultant Gemma goes the extra mile for clients, candidates and also advises on travel, accomodation and relocation.
With a solid IT/Marketing background working for an award winning recruitment agency in Manchester she brings a wealth of industry knowledge which reflects on her passion and enthusiasm for recruitment.

Mark Galea
Mark is a co-founder of Quad Malta, and his main focus is the HR outsourcing services. For these past three years, he worked as HR Manager for Malta's largest iGaming company where he played an active role in growing the company from 25 to 200 people.
Before moving to iGaming, he worked in Malta's main industry (tourism) for seven years where he led the HR teams of two of the Island's five star hotels. During these past fifteen years, Mark was directly involved in the opening of two big projects: Malta's largest supermarket, and a five star hotel. Through this experience, he gained extensive experience in recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR strategy.
He started his working life in Media, where he produced and hosted programmes on various radio stations; worked for a Maltese newspaper, and was a regular columnist for a Sunday newspaper and The Times of Malta's business section. Recently, he was also a regular contributor for the iGaming Business magazine.
