Our client is a leading provider of marketing software. They power some of the industry’s most successful and high volume affiliate programs by providing a single centralised complete solution.

They are looking for an Application Support Agent to provide prompt resolution of technical support issues received from the Client Services Team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

-Timely responding to incoming technical support matters from clients
-Taking responsibility for the resolution of all technical support issues
-Reproducing and qualifying technical support issues from clients and work with appropriate Technical Services resource for problem identification and resolution depending on problem area
-Maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction and adherence to corporate service level agreement
-Being able to document in detail the solution to a particular issue within the task so that this can be easily picked up by client services and related back to client
-Categorizing technical issues and assign accordingly
-Prioritizing technical support issues received from Client Services on the basis of analysis of the issue description
-Developing and maintaining strong technical expertise in the system and those devices and platforms upon which system functions
-Producing custom reports
-Performing routine checks to monitor the system core functions
-Documenting all the processes and procedures
 
Knowledge and skills:

-Experienced in web application development in .NET Framework
-Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML
-Willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies
-A natural team-player
