My client, a successful and well established online gaming company based in Gibraltar is looking to recruit a Head of Bingo and Chat. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Recruitment Carrying out induction training Team Leader management Organising room rotas Chat game management Competitor analysis Community development Budgeting Providing training and advice Creative imput providing ideas and vision Work closely with marketing team Essential skills; Commercial experience in bingo and casino Creative ability Ability to manage and motivate team members across a number of countries Designing, developing and implementing initiatives and promtion campaigns The successful candidate will be highly computer literate, and have an understanding of marketing and sales. Strong experience in computing and numerical based role will also be required. |
