Service Delivery Executive required for leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar. The Service Delivery Executive will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and monitoring of all operational services/systems and the administration/deployment of the development programme projects. This includes responsibility for day-to-day monitoring of system performance and services to end users as per contractual service level agreement. The Service Delivery Executive will be involved in the day-to-day management of the programme roadmaps through the co-ordination of all requirements, initiatives and opportunities with the respective business owners. Clear communication of progress to delivery and programme risk, including service delivery management and on-going management of service level agreements. Skills & experience required includes; proven experience in a similar role; previous experience of Service delivery; strong communication and supplier management skills; experience of managing SLA with third party technology partners; IT literate with the ability to quickly learn and optimise new system environments (both internal, 3^rd party and the interfaces between); ability to work effectively as part of both small teams and larger formal groups; strong project management skills; dynamic personal style that delivers results, engagement and a positive working culture; good influencing and facilitation skills.
