Job Details:

The Company: 
Our client is a leading organisation with international offices in a number of countries (including Malta) across different continents.

The Role: 
As a key member of the Executive Team, you will report directly to the CEO, and take responsibility for the planning and execution of the company's corporate HR strategy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the Company's corporate HR strategy across the globe
  • Ensure that there is an effective Learning & Development strategy in place
  • Play a key role in making the organisation an employer of choice
  • Manage the HR team members across the different international offices
Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Professionally qualified
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, within an international organisation
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication skills
This role carries an excellent package, and will involve travel between the various offices.
