Job Details:
The Client:
Our client is an international leader in iGgaming with offices in a number of countries. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a German Customer Service Agent to work in their offices in Malta.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handling the customers’ queries efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Providing the necessary support and information to clients
  • Placing customer bets on a variety of sporting events
Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and oral)
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • Willingness to work in the evenings and on weekends
  • A keen interest in sports, bingo, and casino games
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications
