The Company: Our client is a leading iGaming company based in Austria. The Role: Due to their recent expansion into the International Online Gaming market, the company has grown rapidly, and the role of Head of Human Resources has arisen. As Head of HR, you will take ultimate responsibility for people-related issues and strategies, and take full ownership for leading, managing and developing an effective and compliant HR Department. You will also provide and support quality HR practices and objectives that focus on an employee-oriented, high performance environment with emphasis on empowerment, quality, productivity, and performance together with the recruitment and ongoing development of all employees. This role requires senior level decision making as well as day-to-day management and strategic direction of the HR function. As Head of HR, you will assume overall responsibility for all HR functions both within Head Office, and all regional office locations. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
