Our client is a leading International operator in the 5 Star Hotel and Hospitalty industry based in Malta.

The Role:
To work closely with the General Manager to support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing strong working relationships with the senior management team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be able to reach planned operational profit margins for the F&B and Rooms Division
• Ensure that operations employees are well trained and managed while setting clear objectives
• Maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of hotel operations, while ensuring that the brand values and standards are  always met
• Manage all direct reports in a professional and motivating manner
• Take full responsibility of the resort in the absence of the General Manager.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within a 5 star environment
• Formal qualification in hospitality or similar
• Experience in managing a mulit Food & Beverage Operation
• A strong background of Food & Beverage Operations as well as a sound knowledge of Rooms Division
• An assertive and self motivated individual with an  outgoing and pleasant personality
