The Company:
Our client, one of Europe's leaders in online live sports betting, is now seeking to recruit a Senior QA Lead to join their growing and dynamic team in Austria.

The Role:

As a Senior QA Lead you will be mainly responsible for:
Web based, .NET application, application performance testing
Using agile / scrum practices and demonstrating understanding of project management life-cycle methodology
Establishing and evolving QA processes
Overseeing all aspects of quality
Leading and mentoring QA team members
Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures
Building, maintaining, and extending regression and automation suites
Identifying and communicating risks
Responsible for the developing planning, execution, scheduling of tests
Responding to dynamic situations while maintaining adherence to best principals
Recommend solutions to technical issues, participate in architecting solutions
Creating black, gray, and white box automated tests as appropriate
Being an active participant in an Agile/Scrum environment

Key Skills & Attributes:

4 years in software QA, development, or configuration management
Minimum 2 years of Experience with Silverlight, ASP .NET MVC, C# 3.0, .NET 4.0, Visual Studio 2008, MSSQL
4 years experience in black-box testing web based applications
Solid knowledge of MSSQL
Proficient in client-server technologies and networking
