The Company:
Our client, a leading IT company based in Malta, is now looking to employ Support Consultants to join their team.

The Role:

• Providing support to a number of clients using EYESEL Business Suite and other applications both on-site and the company premises
• Forming part of the after sales team
• Preparing documentation of client support issues and status tracking
• Troubleshooting issues at clients and querying the data
• Writing reports using mainly Crystal Reports
• Testing of applications
• Performing System upgrades at both the Clients' and the company's sites

Knowledge and skills:

• IT qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role
  
• Solid knowledge of Accounting principles
• Experience in Accounting packages
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Natural team player
• Own transport
