Customer Services/Receptionist
Our Client is rolling out over a period of time a full range of fixed data and voice services using leading edge technology.
The Customer Services/Receptionist will be responsible for customer facing activities.
The role will involve handling customer queries regarding services and accounts via telephone, e-mail and face to face as well as receiving payments from customers.
Some clerical/administration work will also be involved.
Applicants should have good communication skills and experience in handling customers.
Must have an understanding of Internet services.
Good organisational skills and some experience in MS Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel) are also required.
Experience with Sage would be beneficial.
Salary: £12K- £15K, dependant on experience
Location: Gibraltar
