I am a co-founder of Quad Malta (a boutique business management consultancy specialising in Recruitment, HR, Legal, Finance, Communications and IT), and my main focus is to add value to other organisations through the outsourcing of our various services.

Specialities: Maltese Employment Law, learning and development, employee development and support, development and execution of HR strategy, recruitment, development of HR Metrics, and HR services.

I then moved on to set up the Quad Consultancy branch in Malta. This has given me the opportunity to provide HR services to various organisations in different sectors. The main objective of Quad Consultancy is to assist organisations to focus on their core function while we take care of the other services that take the focus away from core operations.

For the last 15+ years, I have led the HR Departments in various organisations within the service industry and during this time, I was always a key player in the company's organisational growth and development.
